We had a wonderful experience at Britannia Tea Rooms in San Diego! We hosted a party of 10 in the Alice in Wonderland room, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The room was charming, whimsical, and made the occasion feel extra special. If you’re planning a larger group, I would highly recommend renting the private Alice in Wonderland room. The main dining room can be a little challenging for a group of 10, so we were especially glad we chose the private room. Having our own space made the gathering feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly memorable. The beautiful atmosphere and unique setting made our tea party such a fun experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend Britannia Tea Rooms.

I've been to several queens teas before, and Britannia Tearooms did not disappoint! They have the most creative decorations, beautiful tea pots, tea cups, tiered trays, little spoons, and glass wear. The food was decadent, fresh, and plentiful. You feel worried at first that you won't be full after the tea ends, but I guarantee you you'll be stuffed ! The quality and variety of teas is huge! We loved the teas we had so much we brought some home from their beautiful gift shop. This adorable tearoom has so many photo opportunities, I'd suggest it for a girls day out like we did, or even to host a bridal or baby shower. It's perfect for kids too , my 7 year old daughter loved it! They are also service dog friendly. Highly recommend!

Reserved this place for my future DIL’a bridal shower. Reservation was easy and whenever I contacted them, they responded to me right away. The themed room was booked but was able to get a 15 person table. The place is outside of the Liberty Station and has its own private parking. upon arriving, you the owner showed me the table set up and asked if it will suffice or if I wanted a different set up. But it was perfect to me. Servers initially asked for our tea order. Then soon after, we were served our food. Everything was delicious and guests really enjoyed it. The servers pretty much left us alone but also were attentive enough to ask us every now and then if we needed anything. This is a definite go to for big parties and even just for lunch. Will definitely come back here again

We had a lovely high tea experience! The staff were extremely kind. The provided great service along with the current theme "Bridgerton". There are many options of teas that were so delicious. The desserts and sandwiches were quite tasty. We really enjoyed the games, quizzes that were engaging to the theme. Entertaining, wholesome and lovely decor!

Had a very pleasant tea party there for my birthday. They have a gf menu option, but advanced reservations are required for all tea service. I appreciated the Harry Potter easter eggs around the venue. P.s. the men's and women's restrooms have different decor. Last i heard, Moaning Myrtle was haunting the boys room.
